Conflict in the Palestinian autonomous district has been a serious social problem in Israel.We propose a system which will make it possible for Jews and Palestinians to live symbiotically in Israel.

Firstly, the Ein hud is located in an area with Arabians and Jews, and we here suggest a system for the generation of dialogue. According to this plan, autonomous districts in Islamic areas in a similar situation will become independent, people worldwide coming to recognize the state of lives in Islam mass-media. We believe the situation can be improved and world opinion raised, as it was for the black apartheid system in South Africa.The symbiotic residences we propose are respectively close to Ein Hod and Ein Hud. The goal is that the residents will be able to live with each other with respect and harmony.Currently, Ein hod is an independentvillage with residential environments. Ein hud has no urbanogical (governmental institution, medical facilities, and schools etc.), and currently no infrastructure (electricity, gas, water supply etc.). Employment and water supply are dependant upon external villages and thus Ein hud is not an independent village and is similar to Ein hod in this respect.

There exist houses in the village, however it is short of essential elements (such as infrastructure) which might allow it to become a more organized community. Our approach to the competition is one where existing houses are considered an intergral part of the topography, and public space is formed among them. We propose a phased master plan which shall instsitute new elements such as public facilities and market places etc. It is not a development with involves investing a significantly large amount of money during the initial phase. It is not desired to change the aspect of the village suddenly. It will be acondition that will be gradually extended by the people of Ein Hud and supporters.
