This project is a residence whose design is not influenced by direction. The planning was independent of concerns about Southern light and the plan form arrived at is a cross type allowing the location of void space at the four corners of the site. Family space is centrally located between bedrooms, guest room and circumferential space which are all arranged in four separate boxes.

The central living space is defined through the use of sliding doors which can either unify this space with the adjacent rooms or alternatively create privacy for their inhabitants. By this way it becomes possible to both separate and combine public and private. Additionally, the central void affords ample lighting and ventilation to the spaces which open onto it.
